Terms & Conditions of entry

The promoter is Corowa Aquatic Centre - Federation Council, 100 Edward Street, Corowa NSW 2646.

The promotion is subject to Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

• Competition opens 10am Wednesday 1st January 2025 and closes 6.30pm Friday 31 January 2025.
• Entry is open to children aged 0-12 years attending Corowa Aquatic Centre and permanently residing in Australia. Entrants must be 12 years or younger at the close of the competition.
• The colouring competition is split into two (2) age categories:

- 0-5 years of age

- 6-12 years of age

• To enter, entrants should colour in the Summer Colour-In Competition sheet (appropriate to their age category), from the Corowa Aquatic Centre. Complete all details on the form including the name of parent/carer, contact phone number and email address. Hand in completed entry to the staff at Corowa Aquatic Centre or submit online and upload the completed Summer Colour-In Competition sheet at: www.corowaaquaticcentre.com.au

• An entry will be deemed invalid if illegible or incomplete.
• The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.
• All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants.
• Entries will be judged by the Corowa Aquatic Centre Consultative Committee on a date in February 2025 (date to be confirmed). The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning granting of prizes. Judging will be on the merit of the entry.
• There will be three prize winners for each age group 0-5yrs and 6-12yrs, who will each receive:

1st prize - 10 x Entry Family pass

2nd runner up – $10 voucher to spend at Corowa Aquatic Centre

3rd runner up – 1 x Free Child Entry

• The prizes are not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash
• The prize winners’ names will be published on the Corowa Aquatic Centre website and social media pages. The parent/guardian of the prize winners will also be notified by telephone.
• Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the entrant unless otherwise advised.
• Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Corowa Aquatic Centre
• Entries may be published on the Corowa Aquatic Centre Website and social media pages.
